Guild Rules

Your guild comes first in any scheduled raids.

Listen and "obey" people that have Officer rank. They work towards the general good of the guild.

Guild and raid chat is English only.

You will use all external or addons/plugins that the guild requires you to use.
Not beeing able to install or configure these programs, is no excuse for not using them.
You may be excluded from guild events, due to lack of this.

You will inform an officer or use the forum, to inform about absence in guild.

Any form of Ninja Looting, taking items that does not belong to you, is not allowed.
If you are accused of Ninja looting, you will most likely get a kick from the guild.

These guild rules may change at any time. You are obligated to keep updated on these.

Putting guild members on your ignore is stricly forbidden. If you have an issue with someone
you will talk to an officer about it. Unresolved issues is not accepted

If you plan to leave the guild, you will inform the officers or making a post on the forum.
Making a post 2 min before you leave is not considered notifying. The guild needs to know asap
if you have thoughts about leaving. Normally 1 week will be enough.
If you fail to follow this rule, your new guild will be informed of your actions
You are obligated to leave guild, before you make application to a new guild.
The reason for this is that we want you to show some respect to the other guild members
you will be leaving behind. By leaving guild you leave everyone in a tough position. We need to be able to make replacement for you, when your last time of beeing in this guild comes.

Guild rules may change at any time, and you are obligated to
stay updated on these rules. If you wish to protest to a guild rule, you
must raise your protest in a post on the forum. Officers, including
guild master, will the make their presentation to defend the rule. After that a poll will be made to check the people's opinion.

Raid Rules

Raid duration are normally 5 hours. From 1900-2300.
And if you are online the time we raid and we need you, then you shall join the raid else you go offline.
When you sign up, you are also signing up for staying active in the raid
throughout that entire time. If you leave before this, you will get minus dkp.
Exceptions are when you specify on signup that you can not stay for the
entire raid duration. Please keep in mind that if you are unable to stay the
entire raid duration, you may not get in lineup.

During distribution of loot, you will not use raid chat. You may use guild chat for that.
The exeption for this, is when you "bid" on items

Raid rules are to be followed at all time. The raid leader might set some own rules for some raids,
and these are to be followed at all times. Claiming not to have been informed about the rules,
are no excuse for beeing an idiot. You are responsible for knowing the raid rules at all times.
